RELATIVE CLAUSES

We use relative clauses to identify, define or classify a thing or a person.

 
EXAMPLE:

•       Who is for people

•       Which is for things

•       That is for either people or things

•       Whose is a possessive pronoun like "his," "her" and "our." We use "whose" to find out which person something belongs to.
